Head of Growth Marketing

What you will do:

As Head of Growth Marketing, you will optimise every part of our customer funnels by designing and implementing data-lead acquisition and retention strategies (traditional, creative and innovative). Growing a proven trading model, you will drive high performance and continuous improvement to achieve ambitious goals in alignment with the company’s strategy.

Experience of driving growth of Direct To Consumer products/services through digital acquisition channels including PPC, social (paid & unpaid), partnerships & affiliates, SEO, Social Media, content, email and more within a high growth online business.

We want you to identify with, and be passionate about, our product, our services and our people. A high performance individual delivering an agile marketing strategy.

Experience of building and implementing tools and best practices that will work as our business scales rapidly.

Have a track record of owning the forecast, driving performance with a higher ROI, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Lifetime Value (LTV) continuously achieving or exceeding revenue goals.
